Unsere Motorrad Hinterrad Felge ist einzigartig und bringt Ihrem Unternehmen folgende Vorteile:

My masterpiece based on a Kawasaki H2R
- Stahlflex brake / clutch lines on the entire vehicle with quick exhaust valve

The highlight of the brake system is the brake caliper cooling system that I developed. A lot of things are being developed very quickly, only the braking system always falls by the wayside.
This does not mean the race ABS or other support, but the temperature that is reached after a few laps in the system.
This leads to a hike in the pressure point, which extremely influences the trust in the braking system on the racetrack.
However, temperatures that are too high also lead to high wear on the brake pads or even to their glazing. Furthermore, the brake discs can warp. Due to the high temperatures, the material expands and the brake dust can burn firmly, making the wheel difficult to turn after a turn.
The windscreen was made to my wishes. Due to the pronounced curvature of the windshield, I achieved excellent aerodynamics. It offers the driver optimal wind protection even at very high speeds. The previous steel fastening screws of the window and the entire carbon covering were all replaced by green anodized aluminum or titanium screws.
So that the motorcycle can be optimally balanced, I built a fully adjustable racing footrest system made of high-strength aluminum. This was specially anodized in green for the vehicle.
The Kawasaki H2 and H2R are only available without a front fairing, which was specially designed for this vehicle and made of carbon. This puts this Kawasaki H2R in a completely new light and optically turns it into a completely new vehicle.
The transitions between the two carbon structures are realized with the extraordinary paint on the tank and rear.
Both engine covers and the complete swing arm are protected by noble carbon casings.
The sprocket cover, chain fins and rear undercover are custom-made in this unique carbon structure. The noble rear undercover is protected by a carbon racing wheel cover.
The seat of the vehicle is another one of a kind, I had it made from two different types of leather with the vehicle name. The colored stick refines the seat cushion considerably and was kept in the Kawasaki typical colors.
The BST BLACK MAMBA 7 spoke rims were painted in silk matt and equipped with hybrid ceramic bearings. Matt black anodized brake disc mounts made of aluminum with titanium screws, an specially made aluminum front axle is fixed in the CNC-milled aluminum fork feet by Öhlins with titanium screws.
This is the best version of the BST carbon rims on the market. The special combination of the Öhlins chassis and the super-light BST carbon rims makes the Kawasaki H2R a different vehicle when cornering.
The fork is custom-made from the best Öhlins components, the new FGRT fork with the TTX25 gas pressure cartridge, which is available for purchase.
That is absolute World Cup level.
This combination has been meticulously matched to the vehicle, the tires and the weight and offers maximum safety and performance.
The FGRT fork is the successor to the FG43. It is known for an excellent breakaway torque and the silky smooth response make the fork work almost inconspicuously. The guide tubes carry the coated sliding tubes with special liners and make the dynamics possible.
The TTX25 is basically constructed like the TTX strut. With the gas pressure support, the spring is preloaded and always works under the same conditions due to the gas, which means that the fork reacts quickly when changing from the rebound to the compression stage.
CNC 19 x 18 Brembo brake pump with folding lever. We also replaced the clutch pump with the CNC 19 x 16 Brembo pump with folding lever.
I also installed our “MotoCoach carbon brake lever protection” clutch lever protection. The actuation protection (Leverguard) protects against actuation of the brake or clutch when in contact with other drivers or vehicles.
This was developed and designed by me in such a way that it does not impair the driver’s freedom of movement in any way. In terms of stability, it stands above the brake lever protectors currently on the market. The carbon look also fits perfectly with the carbon paneling of the Kawasaki H2R.
IDM drivers, RoadRacers, Moto3 and Moto2 teams such as Öttl, AGR and Kiefer-Racing have been benefiting from my know-how since 2013. Our brake lever protection was also installed on Danny Kent’s world champion motorcycle from 2015.
